Dwarf puffers wont eat!?

i give them the same stuff as the store they came from did, flakes in the morning,frozen brine shrimp at night. they still wont eat! are they still nervous from the move? they arent being as amazing as everyone has said. im getting worried, i dangled it right infront of their noses please help!
