Should I tell his wife or not?

I mistakenly fell for a guys charms not knowing he was married. It only happened the once but since then his wife has asked me via my mobile how I know him. Should I be honest with her and run the risk of destroying a family as they have 3 children together or should I spare her feelings & protect his dirty little indiscretion?
