What are some "clical" pieces of music that give the same feeling as River Flows in You?

I'm not really sure where to begin looking but my friend believes Yiruma's piece has emotion in it like no other piece composed by the likes of Mozart, Beethoven, or the likes. I would really like to prove him wrong ;D
