Hey, i would like to lose some weight. help please.?

okay, omg i can't beleive im saying this but alrighty. so i weighed myself on monday and i was 136lbs. im about 5'2 or 5'3. basketball season just ended and know i wnat to do track im getting into the whole sports thing.i really want to lose 16 lbs by june cuz my sis is graduating and yep. but its so confusing because school and all that! UGH!! how can i maintain eating healthy and homework and everything. im also like always hungry!! ughhh!!! my mom said ive thinnned downsince bball i want to maintain that.i like running but the trwadmill hurts my legs but when im just running freely imm alright. andy ideas?? and healthy foos i deas? and exercise ideas?i have fat on my sides and a muffin top lol.and how come 2 years ago i was 4'9 or 4'8 and i was 148!! and ive only lost a few punds and i look totally differetn how?
