Has anyone ever heard of "Adhesive Capsulitis?" my Orthopedic doc says I?

have that in my shoulder & need to go to Physical Therapy & do exercises for it to get better..he also said I need to take localized "cortisone shots"...I've had pain for 2+ yrs been to PT & had shots....& it hasnt helped...I had an MRI done & it says there is fluid, swelling & a teeny tiny tear in my shoulder....anyone have any better suggestions on what I should be doing for this?
