How do I handle this?

A lot of older people can be very set in their ways & honestly don't give a hoot what they say either! They'll come rite out & say whatever is on their minds without thinking. I've learned this from working with the public for 20 yrs. & mainly older folks. It's almost like they have their own special "attitudes". You either like it or the heck with you so to say. This possibly could be the way they are when you're late. It's your fault, you pay so to speak. You could do as the other poster suggested & say something to them. But, it wouldn't surprise me at all if it didn't do any good! IF you want to keep playing with them, just know you don't know what you're going to walk into or quit if it bothers you that much...good luck...:)
