I have an FWB and I love her, how do I know if she loves me back?

I'm an 18 year old male, and I met my FWB about 1 1/2 months ago. I love her, but she's been avoiding a relationship, saying that she's confused. We are both freshmen in college, and we live across the hall from each other, that's why this is kind of awkward.
