Making a giraffe head lamp, HELP?

Alrighty, so I want to get a giraffe stuffed animal, cut off the head/neck part (im sorry...), attach it to the wall (like you would a moose head) and have a light coming out of it's mouth. What do you think, how would I do it, and where would I get such a stuffed animal (and what would I do with the rest?
