Opinons of my student government speech? please help!?

Good Afternoon, WestHigh! As you already know, I’m Sandy, and I’m running for 2007-2008 10th grade cl representative! This has been my first year at WestHigh and I have really enjoyed it. I would like to represent all of you next year and contribute my ideas in student council. As your cl representative, I will be ready and willing to listen to your insight and ideas. I will also contribute my new ideas to the school, I believe more social and unity types of activities are important. I was thinking about an 80’s dance and more types of social, fun, unity activities. I have some experience with student council and was apart of the young ambador’s club in 9th grade which is a similar program. I believe I am qualified because I am a “take charge” kind of person. I am organized, responsible, and determined. I value creativity and will brainstorm ideas as well as alternative ways that we can solve problems around the school.
