Resistance fall of man or burnout paradise?

i am starting a ps3 games collection. so far i have madden 08, ins creed, motorstorm, smackdown vs. raw 2008, and some other sports games, i also have need for speed pro street. today i want to buy another game though. should i get resistance fall of man or burnout paradise? which is better for the collection to boost the collection up?
