Should I let it go or do something about it? (read)?

to wrap it up in a nut shell, i used to tak to this guy but found out how crazy and manipulative he is so i cut communication with him to stay safe. but he has some things of mine that i reaally want back (my psp and cellphone). I dont want to talk to him but i did to ask for my stuff back but hes given the run around delayin it on purpose im sure. should i just let it go and move on with my life or continue tryin to get my things?
