Did you have spotting when you were in fact pregnant?

i know about implantation spotting i was just curious if anyone had dark reddish/burgundy spotting when they were due for their period but it was like how it looks at the end of your period? not bright red, not flowing? anyone have this and was in fact preggos? thanks!
