TTC for 9 years!! Now 22 days late but 5 x BFN?!?

We have been TTC for 9 years! Been diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago, but have been keeping it under control with various treatment. My AF has always been like clockwork every 30 days and I have been ovulating every month as well. My last AF was due 29 Dec but NOTHING - have a few pg symptoms like sore , frequent trips to the bathroom, queasiness (but not bad nausea) funny little headaches, and an intermittent metallic tast in my mounth, also strange twinges and cramps in my tummy. Have been to Doc and his urine PT's come out negative, although he thought he saw a faint positive on Thurs but wasnt. Have had blood test done on Fri but will be Tues before I get results :( I am going crazy at the moment.. and to top it off, my sister in law has just announced she is PG yesterday!! Nothing quite like that to make you feel all rosy!!! My sister had 5-6 negs too and only found out when she was 4 mnths gone with her daughter?! Could there be any hope for me? Sorry for the venting xx
